Building F - Ebbett Tower is the first of Union Square’s commercial spaces to be developed. Home to Rabobank and AA Insurance, Chow:Hill’s design of this building on the corner of Anglesea and Hood Streets in Hamilton Central’s south end boasts a dynamic façade designed to maximise natural light and manage solar impacts.
A diverse and vibrant boulevard populated with retail and hospitality space is a focal point of Union Square’s design. This pedestrian mall encourages connection, engagement, and employee wellbeing, with supporting facilities including bike storage, a wellness centre, and greenspaces.
Union Square is about collaboration, wellbeing, and productivity. Common spaces, shared amenities, and state-of-the-art technology are thoughtfully designed and considered throughout the 30,000m2 site.
The development of Union Square is being led by Fosters on behalf of AFI Investments Ltd.
