Sam’s local and international experience on large-scale projects across tertiary education and public, commercial and health sectors, has cemented his strong project delivery skills. Sam has developed specific expertise in the field of tertiary design and student living trends, completing projects such as the refurbishment of the University of Waikato’s Management School and Massey University’s Walter Dyer Hall student accommodation.
