Todd Collis is passionate about creating regenerative architecture that improves and enriches the lives of users.
An Intermediate Designer in Chow:Hill’s Auckland/Tāmaki Makaurau studio, Todd has extensive understanding of the design, detailing and construction of projects. Experienced in both residential and commercial architecture, Todd approaches every project with the objective of reinforcing communities and enhancing the experiences users have of their built environment.
Todd’s involvement in commercial sector design has seen him engaged in projects of varying scale, from Oceania’s Elmwood Retirement Village master plan, Manurewa, and the Union Square development in Hamilton, to Kāinga Ora homes in Gisborne, and renovations for Giltrap's vehicle showrooms and workshops. Todd has previously been involved with Resource Consent and Concept through to Detailed Design for Awatere Village Stage 2.
Todd enjoys the challenge of creating spaces that provide for the needs of all residents and achieve the goals of the clients of our projects.
