An experienced architect with more than two decades of working on a variety of commercial, educational, aged care and healthcare projects, Chow:Hill Senior Principal Simon Woodall is passionate about ensuring successful outcomes for his clients.
A strong believer in effective leadership and exhibiting discipline in the execution of the design process, Simon is known for his detailed design and delivery of built projects. Adopting a collaborative approach to all design and architectural work, Simon has completed both refurbishment and new-build projects across a wide range of market sectors.
His interest in the aged care and healthcare sectors has seen Simon involved in significant architectural project work for facilities in Auckland, Waikato and Canterbury. Of particular note is his work on the extensive Braemar Hospital development, and master planning and development of apartment living for a number of Oceania Healthcare Retirement Villages.
