Parampal Singh

During more than a decade in the profession, Param has worked on development projects across a number of sectors, collaborating on the design of apartments, retirement villages, multi-unit housing, social housing and student accommodation, as well as industrial and commercial buildings.

For Param, enjoyment comes from working collaboratively with both internal and external team members, seeing design ideas evolve to become reality. For each project, he is committed to providing quality documentation to enable transparency and an understanding of the project, enhancing client satisfaction.

Based in the Chow:Hill Auckland/Tāmaki Makaurau studio, Param has been involved in a number of projects including Awatere Retirement Village and Care Suites, Hamilton; Kāinga Ora apartment complexes in Point Chevalier and Northcote; Waterford Retirement Apartments, Hobsonville; Meadowbank Retirement Village Apartments, Stage 2 and River Road Apartments in Hamilton.
