Chow:Hill's design of the Rabobank Tower, the first building completed at Union Square in Hamilton, has won an NZIA Waikato/Bay of Plenty Award for Commercial Architecture.
Sustainable design is at the heart of Chow:Hill's vision for Union Square Hamilton, a world-class working environment offering something uniquely different to Hamilton's central commercial and retail landscape. By incorporating artistic elements, plans become more than just blueprints; they become storytelling mediums that ignite imagination and convey a sense of aesthetics.
The first of the completed commercial buildings, Rabobank Centre, took home a Commercial Architecture Award at the 2023 Te Kāhui Whaihanga NZ Institute of Architects Waikato/Bay of Plenty Awards. A collaborative project with Foster Group Ltd.
